肿瘤微环境的力学特征如何调控肿瘤的生物学行为,特别关注力学信号在组织和细胞层面实现传导的机制。
课题组规划
课题组将基于病⼈样本,从实际临床问题出发,结合⽣物信息学技术以及转基因⼩⿏,利⽤⽣物⼒学平台的优势,研究临床问题的细胞和分⼦机制,为临床问题带来新思路。主要围绕三个问题:1、肿瘤微环境中存在哪些⼒学特征;2、细胞如何感受并向细胞 内传递⼒学信号;3、⼒学信号调控细胞的功能和模式。
PI介绍
申颖教授,博士,在德国海德堡大学附属外科医院(UKHD),海德堡大学生物化学所(BZH),欧洲分子生物学实验室-细胞生物物理所(EMBL-CBB)完成博士训练,获得博士学位。并在欧洲分子生物学实验室细胞生物物理所和欧洲血管科学中心(ECAS)完成两期博士后训练。博士期间工作获得德国外科医师协会(DGCH)最高奖项von-Langenbeck-Preis。已在Cancer Cell,Science Signaling,Cancer Research等高质量的学术期刊上发表论文十余篇,近5年累计引用量600余次。受国家自然基金委面上及人才项目资助。
