研究兴趣

用严谨地实验设计，结合高质量多组学技术，全面系统地鉴定、分析中国肝癌患者特有的关键外源感染，对肿瘤免疫微环境的调控。在机制上，通过小鼠模型，深入理解这些关键外源感染调控肝癌发生和治疗应答的机制; 并将成果转化，帮助提高肝癌患者的早期诊断和治疗应答。
