国家杰出青年科学基金获得者（2011年），广东省“南粤百杰培养工程”（2019）。现任中山大学肿瘤防治中心实验研究部副主任，华南恶性肿瘤防治全国重点实验室PI，中国细胞生物学学会肿瘤细胞生物学分会副会长，中国抗癌协会肿瘤病因专业委员会副主任委员。2003年，获德国Bielefeld大学生物化学博士学位。1998---2008年，一直在美国、德国从事细胞生物学、肿瘤学研究工作。2008年5月，全职回国（中山大学“百人计划”引进人才）。已获得国家自然科学基金重点项目2项、“973”计划项目（2项）、国家肝癌重大专项基金（1项）、国家重点研发计划（2项）。以通讯作者在Nature Cell Biol, Cell Res, J Clin Invest, Nat Commun 等国际主流杂志上发表论著40多篇。
